Used-Good Condition, this item comes with no box, has screw holes at all 4 corners for hanging, box is open & comes apart-it needs screws to hold the covers together(2, top & bottom), plastic appears slightly chipped & cracked on bottom seam, Model TL96-LV, appears in good shape
