Used-Good Condition, Has a stationary handle & comes with a fully intact protector and tie-on. 2000 Century Celebration logo is burned into the bottom. Basket has colored trim around upper edge, basket does show some slight fading & wear like small scratches, that are not very noticeable, basket appears in good shape
