Used-Fair Condition, front wheels move as they should, back wheels broken & 1 lost, areas where metal has gapping, slight bend, not sure if this is original paint or benn retouched/repainted, item has areas where paint may be scratched or chipped away, small bits of rust, overall item is in fair shape
